GREAT Italian spot. Waiter was super funny and made our meal that much better. Had the pollo Pompeii "Park City" style per the waiters recommendation - DELICIOUS, 10/10. Would come back solely for this. Docked a star for my margarita, didn't taste any alcohol whatsoever.

My boss, a colleague and I went up the mountains to Park City to check it out. While here, we decided to eat at Fuego Bistro and Pizzeria since he raved about how good it was from prior experiences. Place is warm (big thing when it's cold), comfortable and has an inviting ambiance. Service was great! Almost no wait for a table, and our server immediately took our orders. He also came by several times to make sure we were happy. We all had pizza and beer, i thoroughly enjoyed my meat lovers pizza. Just thinking about that pizza now, makes my mouth water. Great place!

We chose this restaurant because it was very close to our hotel. It's quite busy, and the prices are reasonable for Park City. The atmosphere is casual, contemporary, and lively. Our waiter was very efficient and nice, despite being extremely busy. The food is fine, nothing too fancy. For an Italian place, the selection of beers is quite impressive. As for dessert, the Tiramisu was large enough to share between my husband and me.

We visited Park City for our winter family trip and I have to say this restaurant was by far the best!! The food was amazing and it had a variety of choices for us and the kids!! We all enjoyed our food!! The drinks were so so. We asked for a Manhattan, it was served in a tumbler glass with just a cherry and ice. Blah lol! Other than that the atmosphere was great!! Plenty of TVs to watch the game on. Good music playing and it was busy around 6pm when we went in, but we didn't wait long for our table. The service was great! Our server was quick and came to check on us multiple times to make sure we were doing ok. We also noticed that they had plenty of servers. So everyone was getting great service! Tip- If you have more than 4 in your party. Call to make a reservation since it can get busy for dinner! Hope to eat here again if we come to visit!

A fantastic bistro tucked away in Park City! Ambiance--The restaurant has a very homey feel. All the staff were extremely nice and make you feel at home. You don't need to dress up for this place. I would say casual is fine, but since they do offer pasta I would throw on a button up. Service--The service is top notch, from the hostess to the server. Our server helped us narrow down beer selections and determine what type of pasta to get! Additionally, as a coffee addict, my server kept my cup full throughout the dinner experience. Food-- I ordered the pesto penne. Wow! That's all I can say. I will warn you all, the portions are HUGE, and can technically be considered family style. Keep that in mind when ordering! All in all, I give this place a 5/5 would recommend!
